Access to Ryft is managed at the organization level. A Ryft account may contain multiple organizations, which are commonly used to represent different environments (for example: dev, staging, prod) or distinct business units within the same company. Each organization is fully isolated in terms of configuration, metadata, and access control. User access is granted per organization and assigned through roles, such as Administrator or Read-Only, which determine the actions a user is permitted to perform within that organization. To add users, manage roles, or provision additional organizations, contact your account manager or reach out to Ryft Support at support@ryft.io. The Ryft team will assist with onboarding, and ensure the appropriate access controls are established for each organization.
